APARTMENT RENTALS

Airconditioned with kitchenette, bathroom and two beds $95.00 per night.
If boat is on land at Power Boats, rate is reduced to $85.00 per night.

| IMPORTANT NOTES |
- Water, ladders, oil collection and garbage removal are all supplied free of charge for boats in our yard.
- Once available, boats are welcome to use our hoist dock and our holding dock (next to our hoist dock) before and after launching free of charge, even if staying overnight.
- LOA means “Length Over All” and includes all protrusions, overhangs, bowspirits, platforms, etc.
LOD means “Length On Deck” from tip to tip but excludes all protrusions.
- Vessels under 30′ LOA will be charged at our rate for 30′.
- Electricity costs $2.25/day for boats being lived upon or worked upon while on land.

We have no hidden charges whatsoever.
