Our office building is located in the middle of our compound and is the nerve center of our operation. On the first floor is our reception where amongst other things, bookings are made, mail is posted/collected, faxes are sent/received, records are kept and bills are paid. Next to our reception is our contracts department where all matters related to work on boats are dealt with. Adjoined to the reception are our managing director's office and our accounts department.

On the ground floor of our office building is the laundramat which is equipped with three token operated washers and dryers. Next to the laundramat are the showers and toilets. The showers have token operated hot water.

Located on the waterfront with a view of the bay, the ambiance is relaxed with a tropical flavor. There are two sections in the restaurant, one is quite rustic and very relaxed with a sit down bar and lots of tables for relatively quick meals. The other is a more refined with the most appetizing gourmet food being served. The food on both sides is very reasonably priced.

The bar serves a host of interesting drinks and again prices are very reasonable. Happy hour is a daily event from 6 pm to 7 pm when prices are reduced on some of the more popular mixes. Additionally, holders of our convenience card get an automatic discount of 5% at Sails Restaurant.

Sails Restaurant also houses a stage. Entertainment is provided on most Friday nights and on two or three occasions during the year we produce a full concert, demonstrating the best in our local musical talent. The Christmas Concert is the most popular of these special concerts. At that time we highlight our local Christmas music and usually provide at least one full session of the finest steel band music in the world. Most visitors know that the musical steel drum was invented in Trinidad, but until experiencing it for themselves, they do not realize what incredible sounds can be produced from a steel drum. The stage at Sails Restaurant provides a wonderful atmosphere and it gives us great joy to present such incredible local entertainment for our visitors. All concerts are absolutely free of charge!

Completed in year 2000, Dockside Foodmart is now fully stocked with a full range of grocery supplies, drinks and some boutique clothing items. This is a well laid out, spacious, airconditioned facility located on the waterfront with its own little dock making it easy to load groceries into dinghies. In Trinidad, prices for foodstuffs are generally by far the lowest in the Caribbean and our prices at Dockside Foodmart are carefully monitored to ensure that we are as competitive as the largest foodstore chains in Port of Spain. A discount of 5% is given to shoppers who use our convenience card.

We have taken great pains to design and provide six very nicely furnished apartments for the use of visitors, all conveniently located on our property.

Our apartments are very popular for the first night when visitors return to their boats on the hard and are also very useful when boats on the hard are being prepared for storage. We offer special low rates to our customers who are doing extensive repairs to the interior of their boats and therefore cannot live aboard for a long period of time.

All apartments are air conditioned and have a veranda, kitchenette and bathroom with hot and cold water. A lovely treat when you're fed up with your V berth!
